This page provieds information on how to access the new hosted Microsoft Exchange email service for staff only.

The planned work will take place over the Easter break 2020 during which time you will have limited access to your emails.

Update Information 

17/04/20 All student mailbox's have now been migrated over to Office 365 

15/04/20 All staff mailbox's have now been migrated over to Office 365

14/04/20 We will start the migration of the remaining staff & student mailboxes to Office 365 today. This will take a few days to complete.

08/04/20 A new link to the Office 365 login page has been added to the Staff dropdown menu on the site.

08/04/20 The first mailbox has now been transferred over to Office 365. Work to move the other mailboxes will start soon.

07/04/20 Using the OWA access you will need to enter your full staff email address.

07/04/20 Using the new Outlook Web App you will need to login using your full St Thomas More email address.

 07/04/20 The hybrid configuration has now been completed we will move on to directory synchronisation.

06/04/20 Due to a recent increase in Teams usage, when you assign a Teams license to a user it may take around 24 hours before they’ll be fully set up. Until then, you won't be able to assign Teams policies to them, and they might not have access to some Teams features like calling and audio conferencing.
