Course description: This course offers clear progression from English Literature GCSE encouraging students to develop their skills further in this subject. It will involve the analysis of texts both studied and unseen, encouraging students to read critically as well as evaluate and analyse the texts covered. In addition, students should expect to independently undertake a lot of wider reading in order to support and further their knowledge of literature.
