Overview

The Modern Languages department is accommodated in three adjacent specialist rooms which are housed in a teaching block which was newly constructed in 1996. In addition to storage facilities in these rooms, there is also a departmental office. Each classroom is equipped with a computer, projector and desktop monitor for teacher use. ICT is widely used in lessons. The department also shares a set of thirty laptops with the History department for pupil use within Modern Foreign Language lessons.
