GCSE Results

We are delighted to celebrate the achievements of our students this year. The highlights include best ever results in the proportion of students achieving 5 or more C or grade 4 grades including English and maths. 74% of students achieved this benchmark figure.

75% achieved the standard grade in both English and Maths improving on last year’s record by 3% despite the extra challenges of the new GCSE exams.

Over a fifth of all grades were A/7 or above. Families, pupils and staff pulled together brilliantly to produce these successes and the students are well placed to progress to the next stage of their education. Well done to all concerned.
